The organization meets monthly from August through June for program and business meetings.

Aug. 29, 2025              Membership Drive: Wine & Cheese Friday, Brookside Center, 155 N. Brookside Ave. 4:30-6 p.m.

Sept. 26, 2025             Friday, Red Moon/ Program meeting. Cammi Valdez speaking on women in STEM.

Oct. 24, 2025               Friday, Charlie’s Chicken/ Business meeting.

Nov. 14, 2025              Friday, New China Buffet – Program meeting. Noon-1 Mayor Suzanne Meyers, guest speaker.

Dec. 14, 2025              Sunday, Christmas Party, Purdy Cabin, 2-4 p.m.  Dirty Santa gift exchange, potluck finger foods

Jan. 30, 2026               Friday, Vidalia’s/Planning for March event. Start gathering items for the SILENT AUCTION for the Women’s conference in March. Fashion show volunteers.

Feb. 27, 2026              Friday, Tahlequah Public Library Carnegie Room, Potluck.  Business meeting, Nomination of officers, Bylaw changes.

March 28, 2026           Saturday. 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Branscum Alumni Center, 812 N. Cedar Ave./Woman to Woman Conference – Women’s History month, 3 panelists. Snacks, drinks, etc. Silent Auction; Vendors.

April 24, 2026              Friday, Red Moon/Business meeting, election of officers,  change bylaws (if necessary), guest speaker Tiffany Rozell on importance of elections/voting.

May, 29, 2026             Friday, Charlie’s Chicken/Business meeting, Installation of officers.

July 17, 2026               Friday, Dunlap River Cabin, Planning meeting for 2026- 2027, 5:30 p.m., Potluck.
